Over the years KOTEM Support has resolved issues and answered questions from our Users and Resellers. The KOTEM Support Forum is where we share our collective knowledge (KOTEM’s and yours) in a Q&A format. The KOTEM Support Forum provides 24/7 access to help via an easy to search knowledge base.
Questions & Answers Style Forum
Why did we select a question and answer forum style like the well known Stack Overflow? We think it’s better to let users ask and answer questions, and, through membership and active participation, vote questions and answers up or down, and edit questions and answers in a fashion similar to a wiki. Most traditional forums force you to look through old and outdated information. We want to make it easy to find the information you’re looking for.
KOTEM Q&A Forum Phase 1
In Phase 1 we have enabled all Users to ask a question immediately. In Phase 2 Users will also be able to answer questions, which will require User registration on kotem.com. Phase 2 is planned for the first half of 2020. If you can not wait then let us know and we can sign you up for an early beta version.
